Halloween crossover event & Wednesday update
meeting time special event
Two announcements:
Halloween crossover event
Calling all coders, designers, researchers, and data lovers — it’s time to mix, mingle, and make frighteningly good connections!
Together with UX@UA and Arizona Research Bazaar, we’re hosting a special Halloween networking event on Oct 30 at The Broadway.
This event welcomes everyone curious about technology, UX, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
What to Expect:
- Light networking games with a Halloween twist
- Drinks and bites available for purchase
- Optional costumes — come dressed to impress (or fright!)
- A casual, welcoming atmosphere for newcomers and regulars alike
Come on down starting at 4:30pm. Activities and networking will start around 5 pm.
Newcomers are welcome! Bring a friend or colleague and join the fun.
Wednesday update
Additionally, we’re discontinuing the informally-Code-Commons-sponsored post-Coffee & Code experiment.
This isn’t to say that we can’t continue the occasional hang out on Wednesdays! But we’ll make it a bit more ad-hoc; if you’d like to meet up on Wednesday, come to Coffee & Code and say the word “tacos.”
That should be sufficient to make it happen.
